I was just about to post a comment on a blog at our daily newspaper concerning some government issues when I realized that I was planning to criticize the government. I asked myself if that was what Jesus said we should do. I know there are many reasons to criticize and the urge is strong, but it will not help in the long run. What will help is if the church of Jesus stands up and take their divine authority and resist the sick spirit that perverts government. We should not allow this to continue, but we can only really win the battle in the Spirit. So fellow Christians, let us pray for our government to see the truth and turn from darkness.
